Concert Orchestra
Concert Orchestra is a non-auditioned ensemble for students in grades 10-12 and is available to freshman upon successful audition. This group performs string orchestra literature, grades 3-5. Students will also have opportunities to participate in Pit Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra, KSHSAA Regional and State Solo & Ensemble Festival, KMEA District and All-State Orchestras, and Large Group Performance Evaluation (State Orchestra Festival). Students in grades 10-12, during an orchestra trip year, are eligible to travel with the orchestra. Our next orchestra trip will be during the 2018-2019 school year!
