Chamber Orchestra
Chamber Orchestra (Advanced Orchestra) is an auditioned-based ensemble for students in grades 9-12. This ensemble performs string orchestra literature, Grades 4-6+. Students in this class will have a more extensive list of before and after-school activities and performances. They will also have opportunities to participate in Pit Orchestra, KSHSAA Regional and State Solo & Ensemble Festival, KMEA District and All-State Orchestras, and Large Group Performance Evaluation (State Orchestra Festival). Students in grades 10-12 during an orchestra trip year, are eligible to travel with the orchestra.
